Director of Information Technology recruitment
• At least 10 years of senior managerial experience within the financial industry. Experience in online trading
• Ability to work with senior management on strategic decisions and to lead the Group’s information technology team.
• Experience in developing and managing operational trading and IT systems and applications for front office such as sales and marketing, middle office, and back office / accounting is a must.
• Extensive experience in applications development. Strong and concrete experience in the development of web and client based applications on varies platforms. At least five years or above experience in database design and modeling, system architecture design, object oriented analysis and design, C++, Java, J2EE, PHP, VB, Sqlserver, MyServer and Oracle. Experience in software development standards such as CMM or ISO.
• Extensive experience in scaling a global infrastructure and the management of global networks with data centers in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
• 5 years or above in management of a IT software development center with more than 40 people. Extensive experience in the management of outsourced development centers.
• Fluent in English and ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
• Position to be based in Hong Kong.
• Knowledge in Metaquotes MT4 trading system, Salesforce, and SAP is preferable.
• Master or PHD in engineering or mathematics a plus
