Position Requirements:
Fitch Ratings is seeking to add a highly motivated and experienced Director/Senior Director of Institutional Investor Relationship Management in its
New York office. The qualified candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with corporate and
structured finance investment institutions. Successful candidates should have : Capital markets knowledge including corporate and/or
structured finance , Strong interpersonal skills, Superior communication, analytical, organizational and time-management skills, Demonstrated ability
to build and maintain long-term relationships, Ability to formulate and execute a strategic plan, Strong attention to detail needed. Five to seven years of Relationship Management and Business Development or other relevant experience preferred.
