Director of Internal Audit – Possibility of Partnership recruitment
My client is a Big 4 practice who have a superb reputation and a rapidly expanding internal audit team focused on the UK market within the Investment Banking sector. Currently they are looking for a Director of Internal Audit, Banking Capital Markets to work in the London area - with the potential to move into a partner position within the next 2 years.
Working with highly respected banking clients the consultancy already has a well established Internal Audit operation, and now wish to further expand their market share in the UK arena. The successful candidate will drive results take advantage of both new and existing relationships, spot commercial opportunities, and develop business relationships to increase revenue. In addition you will manage a large delivery team and provide key support and direction, recruiting and developing staff, to ensure service targets are met.
Ideally you will be a CCAB qualified accountant, have demonstrable experience managing large teams within a Tier 1 Investment Bank, as well a keen commercial eye and account management/business development experience. In return the client offers the chance to become a partner within their business and the potential to earn a 7 figure salary.
