Director of Investment Risk recruitment
Responsibilities:
Senior member and integral part of a team responsible for independent evaluation of investment and divestment proposals for private and public investments. Provide comment on valuation model and assumptions as well as the identification of key drivers of valuation and transaction risks, discussion of risk mitigants and monitoring conditions, and review of exit assumptions.
Analytical modelling of conditional return distributions subject to risk drivers and link of risk drivers to assumptions on macro variable as well as their stress estimates.
Independent perspective on periodic review of existing investments as well as supporting portfolio level monitoring and stress testing initiatives.
