Director of Management Reporting
You will lead a team of financial and systems analysts responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and budgeting, providing reports to Adecco Group Management and Country Management. Your will be reporting to the Head of Group Accounting.
Your responsibilities include:
Reporting
- weekly reporting of KPI's
- monthly analysis and preparation of management reporting
- monthly forecasting
- review of quarterly press releases and presentations
- participating in the annual budget process
- support to reporting units on questions regarding management reporting
- ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
Your Education, Experience and Skills:
- University degree (Business Administration or Economics); postgraduate or MBA is a plus
- min. 7 years of experience in accounting or finance; Big Four experience is a plus
- excellent knowledge of management accounting concepts
- highly developed analytical thinking abilities, conceptual and strategic
- organized, proactive and ability to plan • strong numerical skills and good problem solver
- good leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills
- flexibility and ability to work under stress; planning own work, good time management system
- ability to learn fast; disciplined, rigorous, and process focused • US GAAP / IFRS knowledge is a plus
- very good knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- knowledge of Hyperion Essbase/HFM would be a plus
- fluent English (spoken and written)
- any other language is an asset
