Director of Marketing & Administration Job in Wyomissing 19610, Pennsylvania US
Our client, a growing regional engineering services and consulting firm, located near Reading, PA, seeks a professional, energetic, and highly organized individual to conduct business development/outreach/marketing efforts, website management, and oversee business and operations aspects of the firm.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Direct and manage the daily business operations, including, but not limited to, financial processing, analysis and reporting, human resources management, marketing, facilities management, and capital expenditures.
- Develop and guide new business which will ensure sustainable profit growth of the firm. Create new client relationships to obtain projects. Conduct client presentations and assist with pricing development, proposal writing and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, or related major. Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and abilities, plus 10 or more years of applicable work experience.
- Previous experience overseeing financial and business operations; CPA preferred.
- A knowledge base in the firm’s areas of expertise – civil, municipal and/or environmental engineering, architecture, and related services is extremely helpful.
- Proven ability to effectively network and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Excellent organizational, financial, analytical, and operational skills are also necessary.
