Job Description:
Our client is looking to hire a Director of Marketing Communications to join their team.
As a Director of Marketing Communications you will be responsible to successfully lead and develop creative communicative strategy and content marketing as well as provide business leadership and strategy on global campaigns together with the Media Team. The role is based south of Boston, but has worldwide responsibilities. This position requires a massively talented strategist, a creative leader with management skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is required
- 10 or more years global marketing communication experience – that goes beyond “media” or “account management”, experience on lifestyle brands preferred
- At least 7 years working on International digital campaign management is required.
- 5 years working within an agency or 5 years experience directly managing creative agencies
- Proven success at developing and inspiring with advanced thinking and creative solutions for emerging media channels.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience delivering solutions across digital media, creative, mobile, ecommerce, gaming and viral programs.
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience at managing the build and implementation of websites for on time and on strategy delivery.
