Job Description:
In your role as Director of Marketing, you will report directly to the general manager and work closely with a small team of product line directors to shape, refine and execute our embedded software business strategy. Responsibilities include:
- Management of all aspects of marketing across numerous product lines, including pricing, packaging, positioning and promotion.
- Development and implementation of business plans to accelerate growth in our ecommerce, transactional products.
- Enablement and collaboration with Mentor’s dedicated, international sales. channel for embedded software.
- Management of partnerships and ecosystem for Mentor’s embedded products.
- Optimization of market awareness and lead flow.
- Manage a fantastic team of marketing specialists.
- Participate in MA activities.
Job Qualifications:
- BSEE/CS or equivalent, with an MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of directly related experience, with embedded software background strongly preferred.
- Travel and international business experience/
- Excellent management, communication and organizational skills.
- Work location is flexible, with a preference for Portland OR.
