Element Collective (elementcollective.com) is currently searching for a Director of Marketing to manage our company’s marketing initiatives.

 

Describing the position…

The Director of Marketing will have primary responsibility and accountability for the organization, planning, implementation and tracking of the matrix of marketing initiatives for the company as a whole.  Areas include but are not limited to:

Media, Promotional, Event, Sponsorship Planning, Pricing, Execution and Analysis
Overall cohesiveness of Element Collective portfolio of brands
Print media
Events and promotions – from inception through post event analysis
Concierge, ”Industry”, Philanthropy, Promoter marketing and other outreach initiatives
Liquor/Beer/Wine vendor relationships – sponsorship and support
Overall web site marketing and outreach
Direct marketing (online and traditional print)
Collateral (menus, brochures, business cards, signage)
Development of new brands (brand systems)
Competitively bidding and managing all vendors executing items for each marketing tactic
Working autonomously – you are capable of running “your own show” – initiating each program plan and then, once approved, kicking off and following up on every element through completion and quantitative analysis
 

Position Requirements:

3-5 years in a marketing position within the hospitality industry
A sense of humor
Humility – the awareness that there is a lot to learn regardless of previous experience and that there isALWAYS a better way
The willingness to consistently pursue a better way
A strong work ethic; the ability to work 50-60 hours weekly
Have managed integrated marketing campaigns involving print, collateral, web, radio, and social media from inception through completion
Have evaluated the effectiveness (produced and analyzed metrics) of integrated marketing initiatives
An abundance of common sense
Have developed and run experiential marketing initiatives
You are a motivated “self starter” and your results do not require constant direct supervision in order to be effective
Have managed vendors that produce web content, print advertising, collateral materials and multimedia
A profound appreciation of great food
Have a thorough understanding of the hospitality business and its overall marketing dynamic
Take personal pride in your unique style, appearance, and appeal

Total Compensation Package $105,000
