Director of Marketing recruitment
Knowledge of hedge fund strategies is required.(L/S equity, Asia Equity, Event Driven, Credit/Distressed strategies).
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department in capital raising process as well as investor realtions. Candidate will be hands on in the capital raising effort.
Candidate Must have total of 15 years of financial services experience, with 7-10 years experience in alternative funds marketing responsibilities.Candidate Must have experience managing a small team. Must have exposure to marketing both equity and credit funds.
Candidate will have direct sales experience with Fund of Funds, Family Offices, Hi-Net Worth Individuals, Endowments, Pensions,Consultants.
Candidate will develop and implement strategy for new investor acquisition. Provide ongoing investor relations support to investors and investors' advisors. Develop and implement strategy for product development. Manage the production and distribution of the firm's marketing materials
Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrable knowledge of the hedge fund industry and financial markets. Successful applicant will be self-motivated and able to operate in an entrepreneurial organization
