Responsibilities
1. Live out and promote the staff values as outlined in the CPC Staff Handbook
2. Oversee the filming, creation and production of videos for global communications of the church at large and the CPC worship ministry.
3. Oversee the creation and development of graphic design elements and pieces for global communications of the church at large and the CPC worship ministry.
4. Manage and lead a team of volunteers (that are assigned) that assist in the production of videos and graphical design elements for the CPC worship ministry.
5. Oversee, update, and maintain the CPC website.
6. Maintain, organize, and upkeep CPC video equipment and multimedia files.

2. Oversee the filming, creation and production of videos for global communications of the church at large and the CPC worship ministry.
a. Ensure quality filming, audio, and layout of all projects
b. Create announcement videos as needed.
c. Create video stories, bumpers, countdowns, and interest pieces as needed.
d. Create video blogs for mass distribution.
e. Create videos for the church website.
3. Oversee the creation and development of graphic design elements and pieces for global communications of the church at large and the CPC worship ministry.
- Create and design series graphics for all weekend worship services.
- Create and design Power Point graphics.
- Create and design graphics for weekend listening guide.
- Create mailers, door hangers, and other advertisements for church wide and community distribution.
- Assist Office Manager in designing advertisement posters.
- Create and design graphics for CPC website.
4. Manage and lead a team of volunteers (that are assigned) that assist in the production of videos and graphical design elements for the CPC worship ministry.
- Manage a team of volunteers who can shoot and capture quality, raw video.
- Train volunteers on the basics of video and graphics software.
- Manage a team of graphical artists in creating graphical design elements and projects for CPC.
5. Organize, update, manage, and maintain the CPC website.
- Work with Minister of Technical Arts to ensure that the weekend worship services are posted on the CPC website.
- Update content and events on CPC website to ensure site relevancy.
- Keep website posted on web.
6. Maintain, organize, and upkeep CPC video equipment and multimedia files.
- Create and maintain simple, systematic archives and backups of all media files on media computer, CPC network, web, and back up hard drives for easy access and distribution.
- Create audio files of weekend messages and place in cd format and package for sale and distribution.
- Recommend and order, with permission, any tapes, media software, and basic equipment needed to complete production projects
- Make recommendations to Pastor of Operations any capital expenditures (ex. cameras, lights, equipment, etc.) necessary for the completion and advancement of the multimedia production ministry.
- Manage, clean, and store all CPC video equipment and accessories in a safe environment.

4. Manage and lead a team of volunteers that assist in the production of videos and graphical design elements for the CPC worship ministry.

a. All graphics, dates, events, and information are current.
b. Weekend worship updates posted by Monday after.

6. Maintain, organize, and upkeep CPC video equipment and multimedia files.
a. A copy of project file as well as image or video is maintained in a clear filing system for every project given.
b. Message cd packages are completed and delivered in timely fashion.
c. Equipment is kept in working order.
d. Equipment needed for shoots is ready when called for.
· Note: All staff will be given and assigned other duties and tasks that are necessary for the day to day operations of the church. The duties and tasks will be given by their Supervisor based upon church need and the skills of the staff member.
