Health Information Management/ Director of Medical Records Country Meadows has an immediate opening for a Full Time Director of Medical Records. This position is responsible for the overall function of the Medical Record Department (including ICD-9 coding, quantitative analysis, ensuring state regulatory requirements, chart maintenance and HIPAA compliance).
