The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the home care agency. The key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring growth and profitability of the agency. Candidates will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with professional standards and goals.

Minimum of 1 year of Home Care Clinical Management ExperienceMust have Oasis C experienceRegistered Nurse Required
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State Board in which he/she practices. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
