We are seeking a part-time Director of Nursing to work for our Home Care branch in Essex County, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule! As the DON, you will: Ensure high quality and safe delivery of home care services Coordinate provision of home care services with strict adherence to Company policies and state regulations Coordinate with community agencies to assure continuity of care Plan, develop and evaluate Agency services, programs and activities Assist in the hiring process, evaluate and supervise staff Assume assigned responsibility for Agency operations in the absence of the Administrator
