Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a RN to serve as the Director of Home Health Professional Services to oversee the day to day operations of their home health agency located on site at their upscale retirement community in Boston, MA.

 

The ISC Home Health Director of Nursing, DON, is a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree and at least two years of home health experience, who is responsible for the clinical operations of the agency which includes planning, organizing, developing and directing the management and administration of the agency in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as agency policies and procedures.  Performs all functions in a professional and ethical manner and collaborates with other members of the health care team to ensure the provision of quality patient care.

Director of Professional Services Requirements:

 

Education and Experience 

Five (5) years experience as a professional nurse with two (2) years of current administrative/supervisory experience in a .Medicare home health experience within a PPS environment.

 

Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) in which he/she will be providing services. 

Meets all additional requirements for hire including state specific requirements.
