Ann's Choice, a full service retirement community is looking for a Director of Nursing for our 66-bed skilled nursing facility, Renaissance Gardens.
Responsibilities include overall management of the Clinical staff; ensuring comprehensive delivery of high quality nursing services to all resident; taking a, professional, leadership role in the planning and execution of operating budgets; and, collaborating with the Administrator to resolve complex resident/oper ational issues.
Requirements:
BSN (Master preferred) Current RN License in PA
Min. 5 yrs exp. in both clinical administrative area's of long term care
Exceptional Leadership skills
Knowledge of the Culture Change Initiative in long term care a plus
