Looking for the right fit. North County Long Term Care facility is seeking a candidate to assume the duties of:
Director of Nursing
We are looking for an RN with at least 2-4 years experience in caring for seniors and who is a team player. RN with DON experience is preferred but, would consider an ADON. Applicant should possess excellent clinical leadership, public relations and communication skills. Successful candidate should have experience with Medicare and HMO short term rehabilitation, knowledge of state nursing home regulations and a willingness to assist staff through education and training.
