Job Description:  Director of Operation

Responsibility:

•              Authorized to visit customers and represent Gardien, within designated
    regional territory

•              The conduct of all personnel within that specific division or location

•              Ensure that all Manager/Supervisors are always up to date

•              Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled

•              Ensure service levels are maintained

•              Ensure that all Quality Management Responsibilities are fulfilled

•              Is the owner of all the process in the specification location

•              Responsible for all PL responsibilities in that location

•              Ensure that all employee training/ awareness is
    continuously maintained/updated

•              Ensure all monthly preventative maintenance is performed

•              Defining operational resources and capabilities within that location

•              Represent the company in communications with test service and
    outsourcing customers, withparticular regard to scheduling and
    fulfilling customer needs

•              Human resource issues relating to people in their departments

•              Manage the utilization of test department equipment to ensure that
    production is carried out
    effectively, economically and efficiently. Whilst ensuring that customer
    expectations are met with
    regard to specification, agreed cost and delivery date

•              Liaison with customers technical staff to resolve in-process problems

•              Ensure that the quality management system is fully implemented, that up
    to date procedures are in use and necessary records are maintained
