About the Job

Managing daily operations of Cimation's Pittsburgh Business Unit
Resource planning, project staffing, and forecasting
Promoting and enforcing HSE policies, quality control, and standards
Providing technical leadership across all projects
Business development, account management, and proposal development
Annual reviews, compensation adjustments, disciplinary/corrective employee actions, vacation and sick time approval
Weekly staffing meetings and working with project controller for scheduling resources
Analyzing and acting on weekly utilization reports, managing to minimize downtime, coordinating resources/workload with other offices (Business Units) if necessary, and reporting overhead activities to executive management
Recruiting and retention; communicating resource requirements to recruiting department, participating in interviews, and managing hiring/onboarding process
Coordinating safety meetings, managing monthly safety topics, and coordinating with Safety Department
