About the Job
- Managing daily operations of Cimation's Pittsburgh Business Unit
- Resource planning, project staffing, and forecasting
- Promoting and enforcing HSE policies, quality control, and standards
- Providing technical leadership across all projects
- Business development, account management, and proposal development
- Annual reviews, compensation adjustments, disciplinary/corrective employee actions, vacation and sick time approval
- Weekly staffing meetings and working with project controller for scheduling resources
- Analyzing and acting on weekly utilization reports, managing to minimize downtime, coordinating resources/workload with other offices (Business Units) if necessary, and reporting overhead activities to executive management
- Recruiting and retention; communicating resource requirements to recruiting department, participating in interviews, and managing hiring/onboarding process
- Coordinating safety meetings, managing monthly safety topics, and coordinating with Safety Department
