SpecPro Technical Services (STS), a dynamic 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), is recognized for its excellence in engineering and technical services, Information and Management Services. Provide operational support for SpecPro Technical Services LLC in the areas of infrastructure, program/project management, program/project technical execution, and business development.
- Support corporate programs aimed at the broadening of the government business base, using government acquisition processes on existing contracts (growth of contract) and new opportunity analysis, technical inputs, and sales and technical support for both government and commercial opportunities
- Oversee and manage the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of programs; and the associated cost, schedule, and technical performance of all forms of contract types (Time Material, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQs and BPAs)
- Responsible for daily infrastructure and contract operations of a dynamic growing company
- Lead with the negotiation of federal contract terms.
- Lead a team of professional contract managers from proposal development, administration, to close-out.
- Administer large-scale federal government contracts and assist with the development of proposals in a cost disclosed environment.
- Ensure staff follow and document contractual actions in accordance with STS and Government policy
- Advise staff on the identification of contract/proposal risks and mitigation
- Communicate with all levels of STS Management, Government officials, peers, and subordinates
