Director of Operations, Strategy and Integration recruitment

This broad role will work across the branch network, representative offices, investment and corporate banking teams and the head office. As the Director of Operations, Strategy and Integration your responsibilities will include all matters related to group operations and IT. You will integrate IT systems across locations, work to integrate new products and acquisitions into the existing operations platform as well as coordinate with department heads to set and work to budgets and time lines in keeping with the expectations of the CEO and board. You will develop and project manage the roll out processes and procedures to keep abreast of changes to compliance and central bank regulations. You will liaise with business heads across, GCC and internationally to ensure an efficient and customer centric delivery operations framework.

You will have eight years experience in a senior operations role, the core of your experience will be from a major banking hub such as London. Your experience should be from a large bank covering multiple locations. You may have moved into a COO role regionally (GCC) for a smaller bank and want to move into a larger role. Alternatively you may currently be in a consulting role specific to banking. You will be tertiary qualified and likely hold an MBA, CPA, CA, Finsia, PMP or a PMI accreditation. Candidates must have strong experience in IT implementation and experience working on projects or strategy to integrate internal departments or external acquisitions would also be sought after. GCC experience is preferred although relocation will be considered for those with ties to the region such as Arabic language skills.
