HickoryTech, a premier regional communications solution provider connecting businesses and consumers with integrated communication solutions, is seeking a leader for our product management functions. Reporting directly into our COO, the Director of Product Management will establish the strategic direction, plans and pricing for our business and residential products and services under both our HickoryTech and Enventis brands. Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams this position will identify, prioritize, and lead the successful development and deployment of our products and services. The position will be located either in Minneapolis or Mankato, MN.
Qualified candidates will be experienced in product management leadership with strong financial acumen to model and analyze product profitability, and exceptional collaborative and communication skills. Should have a minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with 3 years of telecommunications experience and 7 years of leadership experience.
