Director of Product Strategy
Build relationships with clients and understand their business and how our products and services can help them increase revenues or decrease costs. Proactively visit with clients and prospects to impute the value of their system, features and strategies. Work with the product managers and sales team to facilitate business plans, prioritize best ideas, and develop sales strategies for a Fixed Income Data, Analytics and Portfolio Management Software.
The successful candidate will be the main driver of product strategy for the Software Suite. The candidate will be integral to the team structure – working closely with the product heads, sales, account managers and senior management. Specifically these include:
·Drive strategy and business development of the Software Suite
·Actively visit clients to demonstrate value of new features and solicit feedback
·Maintain communication with product managers, sales and account managers around the vision for the Software suite
·Work closely with product managers and guide from idea generation, to prioritization, development of business plan, execution, marketing and sales of world class solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum. Graduate degree strongly preferred.
- Candidates will have 10+ years business development/strategy experience from a financial or software institution
- Exposure to software development
- Fixed Income experience
