Absolut Care of Westfield is a 120 bed facility with a Therapy Department made up of people who desire to make a difference and to touch the lives of our residents in a positive and memorable way. We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with a passion to help and leave a positive impact in the lives of others. The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for internal departmental operation and communication,
coordination of patient care, quality assurance and census development. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in the evaluation and treatment of residents in the most effective manner to promote positive outcomes, ensuring all residents are afforded the opportunity to achieve or maintain their highest level

Must possess a valid NYS license in Physical Therapy and have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in LTC
