-7 years experience in Chemical Sales
-Distribution Industry in Chemicals is a must
-Director experience
-Strong Microsoft Office
-Budget and report applications

What you'll be doing:

-Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets; deliver sales by developing relationships with retail partners
-Provide direction to the Sales department; resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service; plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
-Responsible for developing future growth, and providing vision, direction and leadership.
