Responsible for generating sales from new customers within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Business Strategy and Direction: • Know and understand the corporate strategic directions. • Define, develop and implement a sales strategy, which contributes to the corporate sales and marketing strategic directions. • Develop an understanding of the workcell and business unit strategies as it pertains to sales. • Provide regular updates to VP of sales and marketing and team on the execution of the strategy. Cost Management: • Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems) • Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value • Provide feedback to peers on cost and cost trends Forecast Development and Accuracy: • Prepare timely forecasts for the sales department Provide expense budgets when required • Provide signature authority for expense reports • Compare forward forecast results to historical actual results for trend assessment and analysis. TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES • Create customer /product penetration strategies and the deployment of such for new accounts. • Interpret and communicate customer requirements to enable development of services and operational capabilities to support new customers and business opportunities Develop RFQ analysis and present formal presentation to customerEnsure key financial measures are achieved within each account, including profitability and RONA targets Forecasting and ongoing management of sales funnel Promote Jabil’s capabilities, footprint and services to new customers Lead commercial negotiations with new customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area; MBA preferred; 5-7 years Jabil experience preferred.Defense and Aerospace experience preferred and Must be able to provide confirmation of U.S. Citizenship.
