Director of Sales Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Building, managing and supervising a sales team to accomplish strategic short long terms targets set by the Management
- Extensive travelling to meet clients, expos and seminars
- Public speaking and presentation is required
- Working with marketing department and overseas branches to develop marketing campaigns
- Ongoing recruitment and training of sales team and business development
- Work with management team on strategic corporate expansion plans and new product development
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related discipline
- Minimum 5 years industry experience and 3 years experience in managing a sales team
- Mature, self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing and can work independently
- Established network and proven ability to identify, pursue and develop new clients
- High energy, organised and out-going
- Adaptable with exceptional relationships and presentation skills
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Proficient with trading systems and MS Office
