Position Description:

Pinnacle Wireless is seeking a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for the company, product range or designated market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
? Select, train, develop and manage a multi-level sales force capable of selling new business and retaining and growing existing customers within the assigned business unit
? Leadership of the business unit’s account management and account development team
? Review and approve contract packages
? Ensure effective and consistent implementation of marketing strategies and activities designed to maximize development of assigned markets
? Plan, organize, direct and provide leadership to the assigned sales team to ensure attainment of short and long term business growth and retention objectives
? Ensure the delivery of Company's value proposition to customers and prospects through direct interaction with financial executives or through effective leadership of the assigned sales team
? Ensure the development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for the assigned business unit
? Develop and lead the execution of effective initiatives and sales activities designed to retain and grow current customers
? Interface with Company’s customers and prospects to ensure the maximum development of opportunities associated with the full breadth of Company’s products and services

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
