Are you a Strategic Sales Operations Leader with experience in proactive review and leading new process implementation? If so please read on....

We are a strong, stable and growing technology company and due to grow are seeking a Strategic Sales Operations Planning professional.

What is needed for this position:

- 5+ years of leading large complex strategic projects within a growing organization
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple sectors within a company
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Experience as a management consultant
- Successful experience leading teams to success, managing large scale operational projects
- Experience providing management support to executive leadership

What you will be doing:

- Managing large projects - establishing project goals, defining roles and responsibilities and monitoring of the process.
- Creating processes, procedures and streamlining processes along with managing workflow and information.
- Solving problems, on the fly, strategically, creatively and resolving them.
- Negotiating the process, within teams, divisions and are someone who can see a positive outcome and implement it.
