Synopsis
Are you someone who is passionate about training, coaching and developing sales staff? If so, then you might be a great fit for the Director of Sales Training Position at EF Educational Tours, a division of EF Education First, the world leader in international education.

The Director of Sales training is responsible for the following:
· Effectively direct and continue to develop the established sales training program
· Understanding needs and challenges of Regional Sales Directors
· Motivating sales staff to change behavior
· Human and professional development of sales staff
· Understanding needs and challenges of sales staff
· Effectively direct and continue to develop the established Call coaching program
· Effectively direct and continue to develop the established metrics to measure sales training success
Requirements
· Fundamental understanding of sales philosophies and techniques
· Advanced sales skills and techniques
· Ability to motivate people and inspire people
· Experience rolling out new sales theory – implementing change
· Minimum of 3 years in a selling role and 3 years in a training or management role
· Strong communicator and public speaking skills
· Extremely intuitive – excellent at determining other people’s strengths
· Organized – understanding of CRMs - Excel - Word - PowerPoint
