After a period of high growth they are looking to recruit a director to lead the design and development of the next generation of products.
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the workflow of the capital markets’ teams within Investment Banks, either ECM or MA, including the use of reference data, analytics, and fundamental research
- Comfortable with dealing with clients who in the large part, will be from the investment banks
- A high degree of innovative thought to enable the business to capitalise on their opportunities
- A commercially minded professional with a thorough understanding of how investment banks generate revenue
- Excellent business planning and strategic skills with the ability to comfortably link inside and outside stakeholders
- Managing staff, setting performance goals and providing career direction
