Director of Surgical Services
Position Information:
Will oversee 3 OR in smaller facility. Approximately 200 cases a month. Will be responsible for the staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning of unit. Will oversee 30 FTE’s, and report to the CNO. BSN preferred. 3 years previous OR experience required. 5 years progressive management required.
Compensation:
The pay range on this position is $68,000 to $107,000. Relocation assistance is available.
