Director Operational Risk recruitment
Based in London and reporting into the Global Head of Operational Risk, the Operational Risk Director will act as a Risk Partner providing subject matter expertise on Operational Risk policies and methodologies to the Investment Bank and Capital Markets business .
Duties
• Assist in the management and reporting of operational risk
• Maintain and develop MI
• Support implementation and embedding of the operational risk policy
• Support the Head of Operational Risk Assessment in providing knowledge on Operational Risk methodologies and practices
• Develop policy and guidance on Operational Risk
• Provide training and support on the Group Operational Risk framework

Skills/Experience required:
• Operational Risk management experience in the FS sector essential, previous experience from the Investment Banking sector would be ideal
• Understanding of FSA regulatory requirements is preferred
• Professional exposure to Basel II/ III would be useful
• Experience in providing advice on Basel II Accord, FSA and SOX requirements.
