Director, Operational Risk recruitment

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to join this dynamic and thought leading ORM team in a key, senior capacity. The role will involve shaping ORM for the group, developing ORM across multiple business lines.

Experience of ORM from Corporate Banking / Global Markets enviroment is ideal. More important however is first class communication skills, ability to influence senior management, product knowledge and a demonstrable understanding of how a IB works front to back.
