Director, Operations and Support - Super 8
The Director, Operations and support will be responsible for building, supporting and maintaining effective relationships with each Owner/Franchisee/GM within the Super 8 Wyndham Hotel Brand. The Director will be a primary contact for a portfolio of brand specific properties within a non-geographical region. The Director will help our owners operate more efficiently and support them in using our brands and services to the fullest. Within this region the Director will act as a brand consultant charged with reviewing and improving all major functions of hotel performance, including but not limited to revenue growth and brand standard/program compliance.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required, preferably, property and corporate management experience.
- Requires advanced level knowledge of a "seasoned" professional in theories and practices of a professional field (e.g., fiscal, quality assurance, etc.). Requires extensive knowledge of their professional discipline and a working knowledge of related fields. Understands information in several unrelated professional disciplines.
- Multi-unit experience or at least three years experience as a successful GM, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Sales Director or Property Director of Sales.
- Knowledge of hotel industry and trends
- Excellent PC and technology systems skills including property management systems
