We currently have an opening for a Director, Operations Engineering in our Dublin, OH headquarters.
As Director, Client Projects you are a working Manager and are involved in generating new restaurant business and overseeing the activities of existing restaurant business. In this role you are to advise the executive team of marketing principals of actions, schedules, prospects and related activities on a continual basis. You are responsible for identifying, developing and engaging business relationships for the purpose of generating new business within the food service industry. Also for existing clients, you are responsible for profitability goals and revenue growth of client accounts, helping to reduce their capital investment and operating costs when appropriate.
You will oversee the project managers and consultants as well as play a hands-on role to ensure that client business communication plans, program quality objectives and client expectations are met or exceeded, and you will mentor project managers and staff, helping to shape their professional growth.
Minimum Experience:
- 4 - year Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 10+ years consulting experience
- 6+ years experience in staff leadership roles, showing progressive responsibility
- 6+ years experience in client relationship or strategic role
- Advanced knowledge of the food service industry
- Experience with selling principles for contracts over $100K and/or Fortune 500 companies
- Demonstrated mastery of communication skills in a business services context and exceptional presentation skills
- Proven sales experience in a service and/or retail related industry
- Outstanding relationship-building and management skills
- Advanced strategic planning skills: Proven prospecting and opportunity qualification capabilities; Proposal development experience
- Ability to train, develop and mentor others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Access (or other database), PowerPoint and Visio; and familiarity with CAD software
