About the Opportunity:
Manage select infrastructure, resources and processes for MHA’s core operations functions including Membership, Vendor Data Management (Distributor and Vendor), Reconciliation (Wholesaler, Distributor, Vendor), and Contract Operations. Manage key projects and initiatives as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
· Direct management of Membership, Contract Operations, Vendor Data Reconciliation Departments – including implementation of processes, controls and audits throughout division.
· Working with Managers, establish goals and objectives for Departments and Division. Goals and objectives align properly with Company goals and objectives. Implement tools/reports to demonstrate performance.
· Establish and manage business relationships with appropriate operations personnel at wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers in support of existing contracts and operations requirements
· Collaborate with Information Services and Data Services to assist in the development and management of applications and processes critical to Company operations
· Contributing/Support role for Company’s compliance and data security programs.
· Lead project manager for Shared Services projects
Requirements:
· BA/BS degree required, preferably in business. Advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience supervising and building teams while developing consensus and collaboration across multiple, cross-functional teams .
· 7+ years experience, including 3-4 years direct experience with emphasis on operations, process management preferably in health care, health care services, pharmaceutical or medical products, medical products wholesalers or distributors.
· Requires the ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
· Strong analytical and tactical thought leadership skills, with the ability to plan and execute at the tactical level
· Superb communications (written and oral), organizational, planning and interpersonal skills required
· Ability to build and manage teams, develop · Candidate must be result driven, possess insight and ability to provide direction and innovation to daily responsibilities.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and client-server, web-based applications capabilities.
