Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Director to join us in our New York City office.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle applications
- Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews; lead Oracle business processes mapping
- Review Oracle application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment
- Network with KPMG Account Partners and Directors to help identify Oracle project opportunities with existing KPMG Advisory, Tax, and Audit clients; supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements
- Support new business opportunities and prepare proposals and client presentations
- Develop competencies of Oracle project team members and new hires

Qualifications:
- Eight years of experience in Oracle implementations or business process improvement; ability to travel up to fifty percent of the time
- Bachelors degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Knowledge of the Oracle implementation methodologies and experience in operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture
- Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management with an accomplished executive business development track record
- Demonstrated knowledge base in operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture
