Responsibilities:
1. Assist OTC Head to manage and develop the OTC business and formulate the business strategy
2. Research and analyze the demands of institutions and individuals for specific financial terminal product, Lead the design of the specific core product, and organize the implementation
3. Establish OTC related business regulations, procedures and risk management requirements.
Requirements:
1. Over 3 years’ experience in product development, clearance, risk management in OTC division of leading global banks;
2. Master's degree (or above) in finance, statistics, mathematics, physics, IT or any other related majors, PHD preferred;
3. Familiar with the business practice in US OTC market;
4. Strong innovative and team-work spirit;
5. Good command of English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing.
