The Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the safe, efficient operation of all Patient Care Services areas at Pike Community Hospital (PCH) with 24 hour responsibility and accountability. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards and AHS policies. Decisions are made independently or in collaboration with the PCH Administrator. The Director is responsible for setting direction, providing guidance, fiscal management and communication within the Patient Care Services areas. Works with AHS Nursing Department on system initiatives and objectives.
Education, Certifications and Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Masters in Nursing or health related field or commensurate experience required. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio required.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years nursing management or administrative experience required
