Director, Performance Management, Asset Management recruitment
Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point of contact and relationship manager supporting Investment and Marketing teams based in Asia on performance and risk analytics.
- Work closely with senior management and business to understand and review portfolio strategies, as to ensure reports capture and reflect value-added information.
- Manage the product of AIP scoring, review of peer group and formulation of benchmark for new fund launches
- Assist in developing a regional performance and risk analytics platform
Requirements
- University graduates in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines
- At least 8 years solid experience in performance analysis and/or risk analytical positions, with asset management, financial data and/or analytic software company
- Experience in portfolio review and AIP scoring is preferable
- A polish and well-presented person with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skill in English
