- Reporting to the Vice President, Patient Care Services, the Pharmacy is responsible for the the daily operations of the Pharmacy. This includes planning, implementation and management of policies, procedures, and processes. Will be responsible for human resources management of staff to include interview, selection, coaching and performance management. This individual will also have fiscal responsibility with capital, budget, supply and inventory. Will also implement, develop and execute quality and safety initiatives to ensure maximum patient and staff safety, in accordance with federal, state and other applicable regulations.
