Director, Private Equity recruitment
The responsibilities include:
• Leading and responsible for the fundraising for a private equity fund, focused on investment in China provide advice on and co-ordinating fundraising strategy and timelines, fund structures, fund documentation and terms.
• Responsible for review and co-ordination of marketing material, presentation packs and investor events.
• Control the communications program for potential investors including presentation of reports and other events, liaise regarding investor requests and feedback.
• Co-ordinate the answering of due diligence questionnaires and also portfolio update presentations.
• Manage and maintain investor relations and develop strong relationships with investor, liaise with investors and other connected parties.
In order to qualify,
• Previous investment fund raising experience for Private Equity Fund
• Ability to work in a small team, take significant responsibility and be able to exercise sound commercial judgement.
• Good Command in Putonghua and English
