Director – Private Equity
An award winning Private Equity firm based in Mayfair, London seeks a Director or Principal to join their highly successful team and focus on the UK Technology and Media sectors.

As Technology is transforming the way we live, the London Investment Team has been phenomenally successful in investing in great companies with strong growth stories, not just in the UK but in emerging markets and OECD countries. The kind of company profile of real interest would be a niche specialist with high-margin growth and plans to expand into international markets.
The Candidate:
* 8-10 years experience in Corporate Finance, preferably with at least 2 years in Private Equity or Investing in Companies.
* Excellent academic background with a post-graduate qualification (MBA, CFA, ACA or MSc MiF)
* Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to train, develop and motivate a team
* Outstanding communication skills
* Strong client relationship management skills
* Outstanding technical abilities (modelling, due diligence, financial analysis etc.)
* Deep sectoral knowledge of the Technology and Media space.
* Evidence of the ability to network effectively
