Key Roles Responsibilities
• Planning, scoping, detailing deliverables on project management plan
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams across the bank spread across different countries.
• Consulting and providing training to external and internal stakeholders
• Forming strategic alliances and key business partners
• Manage the Reengineering certification process
• Developing training materials as needed
• Deliver classroom training to the program participants
• Conduct topical re-fresher discussion.
Qualifications Skills
• Master Black Belt Lean/Six Sigma / Lean certified
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-geography and multi-functional projects
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent coaching and training skills
• In depth knowledge of Asia, Middle East and Africa, experience of mature and sophisticated markets like UK and US an advantage.
• Strong strategic acumen coupled with strong execution capability
• Relationship building influencing – able to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Adept at working across matrix organization
• Excellent communication, engagement and motivation skills
• Highly organized and have good attention to details.
