Primary responsibilities include:
- Supports the growth and expansion of revenue for both new and new business to existing accounts.
- Represents the product to brokers, providers and to the community.
- Partners with internal executives in the development of overall sales strategy and program offerings
- Manage data collection, analysis and reporting activities related to Business
- Provides support to management of day-to-day operations
- Develops business cases, ROI analysis, feasibility, and newproduct recommendations.
- Assesses market trends, customer needs and product capability to identify new product opportunities.
- Translates business and user needs into product features and services.
- Reviews and prioritizes requirements for the whole product.
- Conducts opportunity assessments to define business problems, competitive landscape, and expected benefits of new feature implementations.
- Defines value proposition, develops and prioritizes promotionalactivities and adoption tactics for the product.
- Ensures product documents are updated.
- Conducts collaborative sessions with business partners to support the development and utilization of the product.

- Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal and external).
- Strong communication skills. Must be able to convey strategy and vision to department, internal partners, and executive management.
- Experience in developing and managing Hemophilia programs at Specialty Pharmacy or, Hemophilia treatment centers is required.
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant product management experience
- Clinical background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in product management, delivering services that enhance the customer experience.
- Ability to interpret complex and ambiguous needs and requests and distill into
clear, concise business requirements and solutions. - Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Ability to serve as a change agent and influence behavior across departmental
lines and at multiple levels. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective delivery
of executive level reports and in-person presentations. - Successful partnering and collaboration skills.
