Director, Product Management
- Conceptualize and initiate ideas and improvements to monetize B2C Online Search and Community based product channels
- Define and write product requirements and functional specifications that articulate business objectives for new products or major enhancements to existing products
- Collaborate with cross functional departments, executives and external partners to manage and deliver all projects on time and within budget; balance product requirements and market impact; against time to market and project risks
- Develop and execute product plans that drive online acquisition and growth
- Negotiate timelines, scope and features with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure the quality of the product through the development of use cases, test cases, SLA's, end-user testing and other success metrics/functions
- Manage change effectively within a dynamic, flexible ("agile") environment
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience of Business to Consumer Internet product management
- Must have developed and managed Internet products for Online Search Sites
- Thorough understanding of standard and agile product development processes; Solid organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively present product information to large audiences, field questions from groups and work in a collaborative - fast paced environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; verbal and written communication skills
