Role
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly experienced product professional who has a strong business acumen and passion for translating customer problems into differentiated product solutions that are practical and user-centric.
This position is the unifying force behind the regional product strategy and execution, and manages a regional product management team that articulates and quantifies market problems and defines opportunities leveraging the company’s distinctive competence. Through analysis of customer, market and competitive data, this team creates a compelling product vision of new offerings, enhanced capabilities and business value. Leading all stages of a product lifecycle, the product team provides the expertise supporting all go-to-market and implementation activities within their region.
Qualifications Skills Experience
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and 7 - 10 years experience within the financial services industry in a senior product management or product development capacity. Management and leadership capabilities is a must as is a significant background in card, electronic funds transfer, treasury or payments systems. As a strategic and creative thinker with a high level of self-motivation and initiative, you will have outstanding communication, organisation and presentation skills as well as a deep understanding of the requirements associated with building user-centric and scalable enterprise products.
