GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for the development of client relevant offerings, applicable technical training, sales tools and implementation strategies for a specialized Area of Practice. Owns theatre/global revenue goal for service delivery within the Area of Practice. Responsible for the capability development of resources deployed to the Practice but owned by field Technology Solutions management. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for development and achievement of a quarterly theatre revenue goal for service delivery activity within the Practice. Work with geographies to analyze market potential, forecast opportunities and calculate of a global target. Monitor and support sales process as necessary to achieve target. Responsible for the offering portfolio within the Practice. Works with Engineering and Marketing to design, develop and bring to market value-added offerings which will drive additional opportunities. Determine the high level partner strategy for identification of new opportunities and service delivery in Practice area. Work with Channels to identify, qualify, recruit and certify appropriate partners with deep Practice content and quality delivery experience. Monitor and improve partner offerings and capabilities. Work with field to drive utilization and compliance with corporate partner strategy. Work with Marketing to develop specific value propositions supporting Practice offerings. Propositions should include relevant features of solution offering, financial business case for typical customer use and evaluations of competitive solutions. Design and develop specialized training content and competence assessments in Area of Practice. Work with local geographies to monitor delivery and effectiveness. Solicit and incorporate enhancements and new topics from field. Develop long term Practice curriculum and track improved capability of deployed personnel. Forecast long term future revenue stream within Practice and work with field management to size local organizations optimizing revenue and utilization. Provide cross-divisional Practice leadership and foster open communication across geographies. Agile SW Development Product Management Experience is Required.
