Responsibilities
* Oversee the development of new asset allocation product solutions
* Identify best market opportunities for current asset allocation products and provide recommendations and plans to improve current product features where needed
* Create clear and compelling product positioning which provides wholesalers, advisors and clients an understanding of our products
* Develop strong working relationship with members of the asset allocation investment team with active participation in team meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of current team thinking and to provide the team with ongoing market intelligence
* Understand key competitors and differentiate our product lineup
* Represent asset allocation team as a public spokesperson in internal and external meetings with an ability to present to wholesalers, financial advisors and clients
* Overall responsibility for assigned product line market share, sales and the daily operations of the product line working across the organization/vendors/fund partners to resolve advisor/client issues
* Business leader for large scale projects and initiative as needed

Required Qualifications

* Understanding of asset allocation strategies, preferably over a range of products, with at least 10 years of experience in financial services
* Strong written and oral communication skills with formal presentation experience
* Experience working with senior investment leaders
* Experience working with mutual funds in a retail distribution environment preferred
* CFA preferred
